The Lord has given me the faith and grace of being able to be a catechist in my parish. It is also by grace that I discovered the messages of Jesus to His Chosen Ones, and they’re a real spiritual sustenance. This discovery coincided with a providential action of God that I share with you:
During the Easter Vigil, four children of 10, 7 and 4 will be baptized. One of them, a new resident of my village after a move, was attracted to the church. When she entered, called upon by the red light of the tabernacle, she advanced and then heard in her heart: “Believe in God”. Looking up and seeing a man on a cross, she said to herself: “I don’t know this man!” Sometime later, with her three neighbors, they came to church to “pray to the God they didn’t know”. My father who was there invited them in. Realizing that they knew nothing about God, he introduced them to me and it is a great joy for me to have accompanied these children to baptism.
This Sunday, two of them were part of the choir for the first time. They asked for it. The Holy Spirit truly does beautiful things, wonders! The providential meeting of these children led me to meditate Jesus' messages in “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus”. On many occasions, I have seen that I was living what I was reading with these children. In difficult times, Jesus' messages were a real lifeline and the Lord made me discover the richness and fruitfulness of patience with these little girls. The great joys were really great! May the Lord be praised, blessed, glorified and thanked for this holy story that continues with the parents of these little girls.
